Wanting another fad diet to follow? Don’t worry I’m here to help you move away from the constant stress around what you should and shouldn’t be eating. We waste too much time and energy feeling worried and guilty about our food choices. I can help you find what works best for your own life, as every body and life is different!

It is my mission to help people feel less guilt around food, health and their bodies, and more positive about how their health can help them lead better lives as the best version of themselves, whether that be in relationships, family, work or just generally life.

As a graduate from the Bachelor of Nutrition Science, my knowledge has grown and so has my passion to help others lead the best life possible in this crazy world of ours.

I have had previous experience working as a children’s coach, nutritionist at Healthy Life, at Nutrition Australia and also helping local Fijian’s learn more about a healthier lifestyle. These have all given me even more of a passion to help people. There is undeniably an overwhelming amount of conflicting health news and ‘health experts’ out there, and I plan to give it straight and simple to you!

Making healthy eating as simple and stress free as possible is a main goal of mine, as food and health should be enjoyed not be seen as a chore.

Life is not all about food (unfortunately), but it is a MASSIVE part of it.

So BALANCE is key (you may may be sick of hearing this)! I am a great advocate for balance in your diet, work, lifestyle and relationships.

Without this approach comes disordered eating, a topic close to my heart.

With that said, I promote a whole-foods way of eating, and in my belief it is the closest thing we have for natural medicine.
